This salve is my grandma’s old fashioned recipe. It has been used for years in my family to help soothe and heal minor burns, skin irritations, and to draw to the surface anything embedded in the skin. It is also used to quickly relieve discomfort and expedite the healing process for skin injuries such as insect bites, stingers, splinters, small cysts, boils, poison, toxins, and small localized infections.
Calendula, Comfrey, Plaintain root and leaf, Goldenseal, Yarrow, Bentonite clay, Activated Charcoal, Lavender and Tea Tree Essential Oils, African Shea Butter, and local beeswax.
This salve does not contain Ichthammol or Bloodroot.
Apply a small amount on the area affected then cover with a band-aid or gauze. Avoid getting on clothing and bedding to avoid staining.
